Meetings

You are very welcome to attend ALL council meetings. Meetings normally commence at 7.00pm. Please check the website agenda date for confirmation of venue, as this changes from the Beaumont Centre to Swannington Village Hall, due to ability to book the Beaumont Centre. Public participation at all meetings is at the start of the meeting – 7.00pm. You can just attend for this or stay for the whole meeting. If you wish to raise a topic for the Agenda for a future meeting, please contact the Clerk to the Council five days before the meeting.
